The 2012 Nissan Juke is a subcompact crossover SUV known for its distinctive Anime-inspired styling, sporty handling, and punchy turbocharged engine. First introduced for the 2011 model year, the 2012 model carried over with the same quirky design and mechanical setup, combining the ride height and available all-wheel drive of a mini-SUV with a coupe-like roofline and aggressive stance.

It features a bold, split headlight design with high-mounted turn signals on the fenders and large, round projector headlights integrated into the lower bumper, along with a driver-focused cabin highlighted by motorcycle gas tank-inspired center console.

The SV trim level features standard bluetooth, automatic climate control, a power moonroof, keyless entry with push-button start, and Nissan's I-CON driver mode system with Normal, Sport, and Eco settings.

The Juke is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that generates 188 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque, and yields an EPA-estimated 25 city / 30 highway MPG. Power is routed to all four wheels via an Xtronic continuously variable transaxle linked to a torque-vectoring All-Mode 4x4-i system that dynamically splits power up to 50:50 between the front and rear axles, while actively shifting power side-to-side between the rear wheels to drastically reduce understeer and sharpen cornering handling.
