The 2005 Nissan Murano SL is a five-passenger midsize crossover SUV known for its distinctive styling, spacious interior, and car-like driving characteristics. Built on Nissan's FF-L platform, shared with the Altima and Maxima, the Murano combines the elevated seating position and cargo versatility of an SUV with the comfort and handling of a passenger car. Its distinctive exterior design features a sculpted body, swept-back headlamps, and a sharply angled rear window, while the interior offers generous passenger space, reclining rear seats, and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat for additional cargo flexibility.

Power is supplied by a 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve VQ35DE V6 engine producing 245 horsepower and 246 lb-ft of torque, paired with Nissan's Xtronic continuously variable transmission driving the front wheels. Derived from Nissan's VQ-series engine family, the V6 features electronic fuel injection and continuously variable valve timing for responsive acceleration and smooth power delivery.

This example is equipped with the SL Touring Package, adding upscale comfort and convenience features including leather upholstery, a power sunroof, heated front seats, power-adjustable seating with driver memory, and power-adjustable pedals. Additional equipment includes a Bose premium audio system, an in-dash six-disc CD changer, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry, and cruise control. Exterior features include 18-inch alloy wheels and roof rails equipped with crossbars. This Murano has had one previous owner, has remained Texas-owned since new, and was garage-kept under prior ownership.
