The 2014 Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV known for its practical size, comfortable ride, and generous selection of convenience features. For 2014, the Tucson received updated exterior styling, revised interior appointments, and improvements to its powertrain lineup.

Power is delivered by a naturally aspirated 2.4-liter GDI 4-cylinder engine producing 182 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 2014 model introduced gasoline direct injection to the Tucson's 2.4-liter engine, improving efficiency and performance compared with the previous version.

The SE trim adds several comfort and convenience features over the base GLS, including leatherette-trimmed seating surfaces with cloth inserts, heated front seats, 17-inch alloy wheels, and upgraded interior appointments. This example is additionally equipped with a rearview camera, Bluetooth connectivity, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a Cerwin Vega B1 amplifier. It has been registered in Texas since new and features a matching set of Arizonian Silver Edition all-season tires.
